ABeam Consulting Ltd agrees MBO for Catalyst Development Ltd

The management of Catalyst Development Ltd (‘Catalyst’ or’ the Company’) has concluded an agreement to acquire the whole of the share capital of the Company from ABeam Consulting Ltd (ABeam) with effect from 8th November 2011. Greg Davis, Chief Executive of Catalyst, commented “It has been a privilege to be a part of the ABeam Group, with whom we have had a positive working relationship. However, in recent months we have both recognised that Catalyst’s core strategy of developing niche consultancy in capital markets does not fit with the overall strategy of the ABeam Group. Accordingly, we believe that now is the time for us to strike out on our own in order to concentrate on the exciting opportunities presenting themselves in our market sector."
