Catalyst builds its client focus: Andrew Middleton is appointed as a Client Delivery Partner

Catalyst has grown its client delivery capabilities with the appointment of Andrew Middleton.

As a Client Delivery Partner, Andrew will further strengthen our ability to deliver maximum quality and value to clients. He will also be involved with the development of new revenue opportunities across all practice areas: programme delivery, operating model design, Central Counterparty Clearing (CCP), and leadership development.

Andrew is a specialist in managing the effective delivery of client engagements and strengthening client relationships. He brings a wealth of experience from a career in consulting – in particular from his years as a Partner with Accenture.

At Accenture, Andrew was Client Relationship Partner for several financial services companies including Aviva, Guardian Royal Exchange and Royal and Sun Alliance. Latterly he was the Global Chief Operating Officer for Accenture’s HR Outsourcing business, managing 2,500 staff in 10 countries.

Catalyst’s Managing Director Matt Parkinson said: “The professional running of client projects is our priority, and we pride ourselves on our strong, long-term client relationships. Andrew’s work will further improve our client engagement capability as Catalyst grows – bringing more consistency of method and process and increasing the range of services we are able to offer to clients.”
