We continue to expand our capability across technology and operations, in particular within the client clearing world, and are looking to hire people with excellent academic backgrounds and significant, hands-on market relevant experience who can offer the following:
- A successful track record of working on or leading large change initiatives in Capital Markets - within either Operations (middle to back-office) and/or Application Development environments
- Business Analysis, Project/Programme Management, Change Management, System Implementations, Strategic/Target Operating Model definition or Client Clearing strategy & delivery
- A broad exposure to financial markets products (eg ideally all of Fixed Income, FX, Equities, OTC Derivatives) across middle to back office processes
