A US investment bank was initiating a major programme of change across technology and operations. To succeed in implementations, the bank needed to build a network of leaders with the transformational skills to drive change.
Results
We helped select and develop a group of 30 emergent leaders and worked with them through a nine month program of development and project delivery. Within a period of two years, the organisations had successfully changed their culture from that of a technology focused operation to being a strategic service partner with the business. The added value of the programme projects alone was in excess of $10m.
