Client Needs
A new global technology organisation was being created from a legacy of six business unit-focused, CIO-led IT operations, to include one of the largest outsourcing deals ever in global financial services. We were engaged to lead an initiative to deliver consolidated and integrated management information, enabling the IT executive to more effectively manage the financial and operational performance of the new IT enterprise.
Results
The global CIO and his executive team now have an operational dashboard tracking the financial and operational performance of the new organisation. This provides a common and controlled basis from which to drive operational decisions, and is built around a global network of credible and approved data providers.
The improvements in operating effectiveness are estimated at over €6 million p.a., resulting from better decision making and control.
