Following a recent aggressive acquisition strategy, a European bank urgently needed to rationalise and review costs within its business infrastructure in order to meet both control directives and investment constraints.
We were engaged to review and resolve the organisation’s market data requirements. Our initial audit of existing market data usage revealed that the client's market data costs were even higher than they had realised. Working across all of the organisational divisions that purchased market data, we established the needs of each group and produced a consolidated view.
