Greg has over 25 years experience in leading large complex change programmes within Financial Services. Based on this he founded Catalyst with a vision to build a Company that could genuinely help its clients change more successfully.

He coaches and advises the Technology and Operations leadership of several of the worlds largest Financial Services firms, on improving the performance and value of their organisations.

Prior to founding Catalyst, Greg gained extensive experience in Senior I.T, Operations and Consultancy roles within Financial Services.
