Peter has 18 years experience in transformation change within Financial Services, covering programme, change and operations management, business process re-engineering, leadership development and performance recovery. He has held a number of senior positions, and consulted, in major UK and European Insurance Companies and Global Banking IT Organisations such as AVIVA, AEGON UK, JPMC, ABN AMRO, ING and HSBC.

Peter has a track record of helping organisations and individuals reach levels of success they had previously thought difficult to achieve. His approach is founded on working closely with clients to identify positive outcomes, on co-creating solutions, and on consciously managing the road map for change.

Within Catalyst, Peter is responsible for managing a number of our core operational processes, and for managing the delivery of assignments for key clients.
