Chris has over 25 years experience of leading change within Financial Services. This experience has been gained in a variety of consulting and senior management roles. He has deep understanding of how to lead change to improve performance and create value, employing a mix and range of technology, process and organisational change strategies.

Within Catalyst, Chris takes the lead in applying the collective experience of the organisation to solving client issues and building the firm's intellectual property.
