James Morgan

 James Morgan focuses on the investment banking sector and the development of that business for the firm. James is an expert in global operating models and trading applications for capital markets activities covering Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office. He also leads transformation activities for key clients and regularly runs complex engagements in this area for Catalyst.

James has a proven wealth of experience in providing advice and assistance around the strategic visioning, process redesign, build and implementation of both integration and efficiency enhancement initiatives, predominantly using technology; leading to significant cost saving and profit increase.

Prior to Catalyst James held Partner/Director level positions at numerous top management consultancies, based primarily around the consulting disciplines of strategy, re-engineering and technology for investment banks and hedge funds
