Enhancing Delivery Capability
The key results our clients seek are:
- To deliver high quality software to time, budget and scope
- To improve productivity
- To reduce base-line costs
- To provide a stable processing environment, with a high degree of availability and the capacity to support explosive volume growth.
We support these needs in four principal ways:
- We directly manage key programmes and functions over critical periods, for example where there is a high degree of change, a critical period of delivery or where problem projects need to be remediated.
- We lead projects to reduce baseline expenses, for example, reducing the costs of production support.
- We design and implement enhanced organisation and process operating models to deliver business value at lower cost.
- We help develop client staff in the core competencies and skills required to be more successful.
We have strong proprietary intellectual property that differentiates us in the above. Two key tools that we use are our systemic model for developing organisational capability and our program diagnostic for maximising the value delivered from projects and programs.
The systemic model looks at how the different components of organisations (such as leadership, people, process, structure, culture and assets) contribute to task performance. This provides an effective framework for planning and undertaking change to improve.
The program diagnostic looks at twenty key success factors to determine the probability of success, to identify gaps and to track improvement.
