Join conduct risk and banking change expert Paul Butler at this two day training course in association with Incisive Media and RiskTraining,  hosted by Operational Risk.

Day one  will provide an in-depth look at the key drivers of conduct risk, stakeholder engagement and its place in the risk framework.

Day two will explore how to create a sound conduct risk programme and how a conduct risk culture can be used as a competitive advantage. There will also be a session on HR processes being used as agents of cultural identification within an organisation and how these are vital to creating a good conduct culture and framework.

Paul Butler will be leading a session on Day 2, exploring conduct risk in context and in particular:
