I have strong experience within financial services consulting, having spent the last 8 years specialising in people and change consulting. My passion and expertise is people development, and my experience has focused on training design and delivery. I have delivered large scale training programmes, and delivered targeted one to one coaching, for banking industry professionals. I’m focused on helping individuals advance their professional growth, develop their capabilities and help achieve the bank’s business outcomes. I also have experience in developing communication strategies for large change programmes, and have experience within the talent management sphere (performance management, on-boarding and role redesign).
